Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship? We currently ship within the United States only. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
How much does shipping cost? Standard U.S. shipping is 7.90 USD, free on orders over USD. All prices are charged in USD.
How long will delivery take? Handling is 1–2 business days. U.S. transit is typically 3–15 business days depending on the fulfilling warehouse.
Where do orders ship from? Orders ship from our U.S. warehouse or an alternate Mambobaby fulfillment location, including our manufacturing facilities in China, depending on inventory and your address.
How do I track my order? You'll receive a shipping-confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check our order tracking page. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to update after the carrier receives your package.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return window? 30 days from delivery for standard returns.
How do I start a return? Contact us before sending anything back. Email hello@mambobaby.com with your order number and reason, and we'll provide authorization and the correct return address. Full steps are in our Return & Refund Policy.
Who pays return shipping? For change-of-mind or wrong-item-ordered returns, the customer pays return shipping. For items that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, Mambobaby covers the applicable shipping.
How long do refunds take? Allow 3–5 business days for inspection after we receive your return, then up to 10 business days for the refund to process to your original payment method.
Can I cancel or change my order? Yes, if it hasn't entered fulfillment yet. See our Order Cancellation Policy.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept? Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, UnionPay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay (on supported Apple devices). See our Payment Policy.
Is checkout secure? Yes. Payments are processed by trusted providers such as Shopify Payments and PayPal over encrypted connections. We do not directly store complete card numbers.
What currency will I be charged in? All orders are charged in US dollars (USD).
Products & Safety
Are Mambobaby floats safe? Will they prevent drowning? Mambobaby floats are designed for supervised water play and water familiarization. They are not lifesaving devices and are not a substitute for adult supervision. A child must always stay within arm's reach of a responsible adult and under constant supervision in or around water. Always follow the age, weight, and usage guidance on each product page and packaging.
How do I choose the right size? Each product page lists the recommended age range, weight capacity, and key dimensions. Choose based on your child's current weight and size rather than clothing sizes, and review the measurements before ordering.
Can a chest float help my child learn to swim? Our floats are water-familiarization and play aids that support posture and confidence in the water under supervision. They are not swimming instruction and do not replace lessons with a qualified instructor.
Are your products genuine? Yes. mambobaby.com is the brand's official online store. Products are manufactured by Zhejiang Mambobaby Baby Products Co., Ltd., the owner of the Mambobaby trademark, and sold by Mambobaby Inc as the authorized U.S. seller. See our About Us and Legal Notice.

What makes "The Wings Collection" so special?

Do all Mambobaby floats have the same canopy design?
No, we offer different canopy configurations tailored to your needs. Our Premium Multi-Functional Luxury Series features an exclusive Fully-Enveloping Dual-Direction Folding Canopy that allows you to easily fold the canopy forward or backward with a one-time installation. Our other standard collections come with 3D or Flat Canopies that feature reversible installation
How do I choose the right size? I don't see typical clothing sizes like XS to XL.
Because safety and proper buoyancy rely on a perfect physical fit, Mambobaby floats are engineered according to your baby's age, weight, and physical development stage rather than generic clothing sizes. Our core Chest Floats perfectly accommodate infants aged 3 to 24 months, weighing between 13 and 44 lbs (6–18 kg). Our Swim Vests are designed for older children aged 3 to 8 years. Can the Chest Float help my child actually learn how to swim?
Yes! When flipped into Tummy Float Mode, it acts as an excellent, supportive Swim Trainer for older or larger toddlers. The ergonomic 40° angle positions your child naturally for swimming. It gives them the freedom to practice balancing independently, or allows a parent/adult to securely hold the child's feet from behind to coach them through proper, rhythmic leg-kicking exercises.
