Mambobaby stands behind the quality of our products. This Warranty Policy explains what our limited warranty covers, how long it lasts, and how to make a claim. Products are sold by Mambobaby Inc (1702 Wazee St, Denver, CO 80202, United States) and manufactured by Zhejiang Mambobaby Baby Products Co., Ltd.

1. What the Warranty Covers

We warrant that genuine Mambobaby products purchased from mambobaby.com or an authorized retailer will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal and intended use and when used in accordance with the product instructions and warnings, for 1 year (12 months) from the date of delivery.

If a product develops a covered defect within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion and to the extent permitted by law, repair the product, replace it with the same or a comparable product, or issue a refund.

2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including fading, minor scratches, and cosmetic changes from use
• Damage from misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, or use outside the stated age, weight, or intended-use guidance
• Damage from improper assembly, adjustment, cleaning, storage, or failure to follow the product instructions and warnings
• Damage from unauthorized modification, alteration, or repair
• Consumable or wear parts beyond their normal service life
• Products with removed, altered, or illegible identifying marks
• Products purchased from an unauthorized third-party seller
• Transit damage, which is handled under our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy (report within 3 days of delivery)

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact us before returning any item. Email hello@mambobaby.com with:

• Your order number or proof of purchase
• The product name or model
• A description of the defect and when it appeared
• Clear photographs or a short video showing the issue

Our team will review your claim, normally within 1–2 business days, and provide next steps. If a return is required, we will give you the authorized return address and instructions. Do not send any item back without authorization.

4. Repair, Replacement, or Refund

For an approved warranty claim on a confirmed defect, Mambobaby covers the applicable return and replacement shipping. A repaired or replacement product is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period. Where a comparable replacement is unavailable, we may offer a different product of similar value or a refund, to the extent permitted by law.

5. Proof of Purchase and Eligibility

A valid order number or proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Products bought from an authorized third-party retailer are subject to that retailer's point-of-sale terms; contact them or us with your proof of purchase.

6. Product Safety

This warranty relates to product quality only. It does not change the safety information for our products: Mambobaby flotation products are not lifesaving devices and are not a substitute for adult supervision, and a child must remain within arm's reach of a responsible adult at all times in or around water. Always follow the instructions and warnings on each product's page and packaging.

7. Your Legal Rights

This limited warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer-protection law. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any warranty, guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8.Mambobaby Float Cleaning, Care & Storage

Clean each component as directed below. Allow every part to dry completely before reassembly or storage.
1. PU-Coated Surface
Wipe gently with a damp cloth and neutral detergent. Rinse away any residue, then wipe dry.
2. Removable Fabric Cover
Carefully unzip and remove the cover. Hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle at or below 86°F (30°C).
3. PVC-Wrapped Inner Core
Rinse or soak the PVC-wrapped inner core in clean water. Do not machine wash.
4. Drying & Storage
Hang or air dry all components completely in the shade before reassembly or storage. Never store damp components in a closed bag, pool box, or vehicle.
Important Care Precautions
• Do not machine wash the whole float or the inner core. Remove the fabric cover before washing it separately.
• Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron, or dry clean.
• Avoid abrasive scrubbing.
• Open and close the zipper slowly and carefully.
• Keep away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, sharp objects, and pool chemicals.
This guide applies to Mambobaby Float products. Always follow the care label and user instructions supplied with your specific model.
