Order Cancellation Policy
This policy explains whether and how an order placed on mambobaby.com can be cancelled or changed. Orders are sold and fulfilled by Mambobaby Inc (1702 Wazee St, Denver, CO 80202, United States).
Can I Cancel My Order?
You can request to cancel or change an order before it enters packaging, fulfillment, or shipment. Because we aim to process and dispatch orders quickly, the window to cancel is often short. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or changed.
How to Request a Cancellation
Email hello@mambobaby.com as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- "Cancellation request" in the subject line
- Whether you want to cancel the whole order or change specific items
We will confirm by email whether the cancellation could be applied before the order entered fulfillment.
Cancellation Outcomes
| Before fulfillment | If we can stop the order in time, we cancel it and refund the applicable amount to your original payment method. |

| EU cooling-off | If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt under applicable EU consumer law, in addition to the above. |
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If an order is cancelled before fulfillment, we refund the applicable amount to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after confirmation; your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.
Cancellations by Mambobaby
We may cancel or limit an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, payment-authorization problems, shipping restrictions, suspected fraud, or suspected unauthorized resale. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we return the applicable amount to the original payment method.
