    How do I choose the right size?

    Choose the right size based on your child’s weight and chest measurement, rather than age alone. Your child should also be able to hold their head up independently and steadily before using the float.

    • Size M — Without Crotch Rest: 8 months–3 years
    • Size M — With Crotch Rest: 4 months–3 years
    • Size L — With Crotch Rest: 2–8 years
    • Maximum Weight: 40 lbs

    How does the PearlCore™ Shoulder Float work?

    The PearlCore™ main float features an air-free EPE foam core wrapped in a waterproof PVC barrier, so it requires no inflation or pump. The concave underarm supports position the float beneath both underarms while keeping baby's lower body free for kicking and water play.

    How do I adjust the Shoulder Float for my child?

    Open the shoulder-strap snaps and place your child into the float from above. Adjust the shoulder straps, upper buckle, and rear buckle until the fit feels snug but comfortable. Before entering the water, make sure both underarms are properly aligned with the concave support areas and that the float is positioned correctly.

    How is the PearlCore™ Shoulder Float different from a seated baby float?

    Unlike a traditional seated float with a mesh seat, the PearlCore™ Shoulder Float provides a more upright, underarm-supported position while leaving the lower body free for active kicking and water play. It is designed as a transition between a seated baby float and a more independent arm-float style, while parents remain within arm's reach.

    Does the PearlCore™ Shoulder Float help with splashes?

    The raised front area combines a comfortable headrest/contact surface with a splash shield that can help deflect some light surface splashes. It also provides a clear front reference point for positioning. However, it is not designed to keep the eyes or airway dry and should not be relied on for tip-over prevention. Always supervise your child closely while in the water.
