Kind + Jugend 2026 took place in Cologne, Germany, from September 15–17. As one of the leading international trade fairs for baby and toddler products, the event brought together more than 600 exhibitors from 42 countries and around 15,000 trade visitors. Mambobaby used the event to showcase its Float, Guard and Rider product lines and to connect directly with buyers, retailers and industry professionals from different markets.
For Mambobaby, a trade show is about more than presenting products. Face-to-face conversations provide a direct view of how families, retailers and partners think about everyday baby products, water activities and family mobility. These conversations help the brand understand practical needs across different markets.
At this year’s booth, Mambobaby presented several product categories within a broader family-life framework. The Float line focuses on supervised family water activities, Mambobaby Guard is designed around everyday movement during crawling, standing and early walking, while Rider extends the portfolio into family travel and mobility. Each category serves a different moment in a child’s development and reflects the brand’s broader direction toward family lifestyle.
Product innovation at Mambobaby starts with a practical question: can a product make everyday life easier for parents? A useful product needs more than a list of features. It should also be easy to understand, straightforward to use and practical to carry or store. This approach connects with Mambobaby’s Global Family Water vision—designing around real family situations rather than simply adding complexity.
The show also provided a valuable window into wider industry developments. Kind + Jugend reported strong international participation in 2026, while its official theme, “Growing with AI,” highlighted the growing role of artificial intelligence, digital tools and new approaches to product development in the baby and toddler sector. For Mambobaby, however, technology only creates value when it translates into a clearer and more useful experience for families.
Mambobaby will continue using international exhibitions, market conversations and product development to learn from different family environments and turn those insights into clearer products and communication. For a global family brand, understanding how families actually live is an essential part of meaningful innovation.
The conversations at Kind + Jugend continue beyond the exhibition floor. Mambobaby looks forward to staying connected with partners around the world and exploring new ways to make its products fit naturally into everyday family life—from time by the water to early childhood and family travel.
